Terms and Conditions for Acceptance and Payment of the Budget
1. Acceptance of the Budget 1.1. Acceptance of the budget by the client implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. 1.2. The accepted budget will be valid until the end of the contracted services, from the date of issue
2. Payment 2.1. The client agrees to make the payment in accordance with the conditions specified in the budget:
1.- Pay 100% of the total amount of the contracted services
2.- Upon reservation of the services, an advance payment of 50% of the total, payable at the time of acceptance of the budget.
3.- The remaining 50% up to 4 days before the services to be performed.
3. Modifications to the Budget 3.1. Any modification to the scope of work, specifications or conditions initially agreed may imply a review and adjustment of the budget. 3.2. Such modifications must be agreed in writing between both parties before their implementation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds 4.1. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:— From the date of booking until 16 days before departure 0%. Fixed management costs €50.
From 15 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
From 3 days to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total amount.
5. Confidentiality 7.1. Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the negotiation and execution of the budget.
6. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution 8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. 8.2. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms will be resolved, in the first instance, by friendly negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Toledo.
9. Acceptance by the Client 9.1. The client declares to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them in their entirety by voluntarily issuing payment.
